CITIZEN LAWYER MILITIÆ

Citizens have a duty to learn our laws and judicial system. Together, we will learn the basics of American law up to and including filing pro se lawsuits. We will also explore and debate available legal strategies to achieve our goals. Our mission is for every town in American to have a legally literate CLM, able to defend themselves and their fellow citizens with peaceful, civilized, legal action.

1. Attend Weekly Meetings to Learn our Legal and Judicial Systems
2. Identify Issues; Conduct Audits to Collect Public Evidence to Build a Case
3. Explore and Debate Legal Strategies Based on Evidence
4. Consult an Attorney / Enact the Legal Strategy (Optional)
5. Publicize our Efforts to Educate and Inspire our Fellow Citizens

We cannot win if we do not know the rules and do not show up to the contest. CLM will teach you the rules, how to show up and how you may win.
